Passes

ourvibe offers daily and weekly passes that provide access to chat with listeners. See our pricing page for current plans and rates. Once a pass is activated, access is granted immediately.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval. Once a refund is issued, access to the relevant pass will end.

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@ourvibe.app within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your phone number (used to sign in)
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
